Cabin Air Conditioner Quality Control:

First, incoming inspections are conducted on core components-such as DC compressors, controllers, heat exchangers, piping connectors and seals, and fan motor wiring harnesses-in strict accordance with industry standards.

Next, the production process is closely monitored: threaded connections must be properly tightened, and brazing stations are strictly controlled to prevent cold joints or pipe blockages. Wiring harnesses must be routed logically, keeping high- and low-voltage lines separate and maintaining uniform spacing for fasteners. A vacuum leak test is performed after the unit is pre-assembled.

Finally, the completed unit undergoes comprehensive testing, including checks for airtightness, electrical safety, performance parameters, functional operation, drainage, and noise levels.

The outdoor unit of cabin air conditioner is fully encased in foam, and the piping is secured with rigid corner protectors to prevent deformation from crushing during transit; the outer carton bears shockproof and moisture-proof markings. End-to-end tracking is provided for domestic transport.

Warranty period: one year.

Should any quality issues arise with the air conditioner for bus within one year, we will first arrange for a local after-sales service center to address the matter on-site promptly. If there is no local service center, the customer may provide photos or videos illustrating the specific issue; our technical staff will then diagnose the problem and ship replacement parts free of charge.
