Keep the unit in a horizontal position throughout transport to prevent compressor damage.
Do not stack heavy items on top of the unit.
Ideally, use an enclosed box truck to protect the unit from sun and rain.
Keep away from sharp-edged cargo, steel frames, and piping to prevent scratches; also, keep away from engine heat sources to prevent rubber hose degradation.
Warranty period: one year.
Should any quality issues arise with the caravan air conditioner within one year, we will first arrange for a local after-sales service center to address the matter on-site promptly. If there is no local service center, the customer may provide photos or videos illustrating the specific issue; our technical staff will then diagnose the problem and ship replacement parts free of charge.
