Incoming Material Inspection: Assessment of copper tubing-including material composition, purity, and wall thickness-as well as ultrasonic flaw detection, pneumatic and hydrostatic pressure testing, etc. Inspection of fins covers material composition, thickness, visual appearance, hydrophilicity, and corrosion resistance.

In-Process Quality Control: Monitoring of fin stamping and forming, finning and tube expansion, welding, cleaning, and drying operations.

Finished Product Quality Control: Pressure resistance and leak testing; dimensional and visual inspection; internal cleanliness verification; performance sampling tests; etc.
Since the refrigeration unit evaporator coil is highly susceptible to deformation, we typically employ a packaging method that involves first wrapping the unit in protective film and then encasing it in a wooden crate.
