Compressor System Maintenance
Lubricating Oil Maintenance: Test oil viscosity and acid value; replace refrigeration oil and the oil filter after 8,000–10,000 hours of operation; adjust the oil level to the centerline of the sight glass.
Mechanical Component Inspection:Align the motor and compressor shafts (deviation ≤0.05mm); inspect suction and discharge valve plates for wear; assess bearing condition via vibration spectrum analysis.
Heat Exchange System Maintenance
Condenser Cleaning: Flush copper tubes with a high-pressure water gun to remove scale; circulate a 5%–10% citric acid solution for stubborn scale, followed by a clean water rinse.
Evaporator Maintenance: Remove and clean the Y-strainer; backflush copper tubes if necessary; monitor refrigerant status via the sight glass; initiate the oil return procedure if excessive oil film is detected.
Refrigerant System Maintenance
Refrigerant Quality Management: Test refrigerant acidity and moisture content; recover and regenerate if levels exceed limits; adjust the charge to the design value if the deviation exceeds ±5%.
Filter-Drier Replacement: Inspect the filter core for discoloration (a shift from blue to pink indicates moisture saturation); evacuate the system before replacement.
